The right way to handle EBM

Untuk panduan diri sendiri dan juga ibu-ibu muda di luar sana yang belum tahu cara penyimpanan dan penggunaan susu ibu yang betul. Untuk keselamatan bayi dan kualiti susu terjamin berkhasiat, pastikan susu yang diperah selamau untuk diminum mengikut cara penyimpanan dan pemanasan yang betul.

Menyimpan Susu Ibu:

• Botol susu kecil amat sesuai digunakan.
• Bekas kedap udara daripada gelas atau plastik yang keras dan tahan dalam peti sejukbeku. termasuklah bekas dadih.
• Bag sejukbeku khas untuk susu ibu juga boleh digunakan, terdapat jenama Medela, Avent, Gerber, Playtex.
• Jangan menggunakan plastik aiskrim kerana ia tidak bersih dan boleh merosakkan susu.

Membersihkan Bekas Penyimpanan:

• Basuh bekas menyimpan susu dalam air panas bersabun dan bilas dengan air panas.
• Biarkan bekas kering di tempat yang bersih.
• Anda juga boleh mensteril bekas dengan menggunakan tablet sterile yang dijual di kedai bayi atau farmasi.

Panduan Menyimpan Susu Ibu:

• Sejukkan susu dalam masa 1 jam selepas diperah.
• Labelkan bekas dengan tarikh dan masa perahan.
• Simpan susu dalam kuantiti kecil (2-4 oz) dalam setiap bekas untuk mengelakkan pembaziran.
• Sejukkan susu yang baru diperah dahulu sebelum mencampurkannya dengan susu yang sudah sedia sejuk.
• Jangan isi susu terlalu penuh di dalam bekasnya, tinggalkan 1 inci untuk susu mengembang semasa proses sejukbeku.

*Jika bayi anda tidak cukup bulan atau ditahan di wad, minta nasihat jururawat tentang cara
yang sepatutnya anda gunakan untuk menyimpan susu dan membersihkan bekas menyimpan
susu.

Ketahanan susu ibu bergantung kepada cara bagaimana ia disimpan:

• Suhu bilik, atas 25°C: 4-6 jam
• Bekas penyejuk (Cooler, icepack): 12-24 jam

Panduan Menyimpan dan Memanaskan Susu Ibu:

Peti sejuk 1 pintu

• bahagian fridge 4°C: 7 hari
• bahagian freezer -15°C: 2 minggu

Peti sejuk 2 pintu

• bahagian fridge, 4°C: 5 hari
• bahagian freezer, -18°C hingga -20°C: 3-6 bulan
• Deep freezer -20°C: 6 bulan

Penting:

• Susu ibu hendaklah disejukkan jika ia tidak digunakan dalam masa 4-6 jam selepas diperah.
• Tempatkan bekas susu di bahagian paling sejuk peti ais (jauh daripada pintu).
• Jika telah melampaui masa simpanan, jangan sayang untuk membuangnya.

Menyahbeku Susu Ibu:

• Susu ibu yang asalnya beku dan telah dicairkan, boleh digunakan dalam masa 24 jam jika disimpan di dalam peti ais.
• Susu ini tidak boleh dibekukan semula selepas dicairkan.
• Semak tarikh pada bekas penyimpanan. Gunakan susu yang lama dahulu.
• Nyahbekukan susu beku dengan meletakkannya di bahagian fridge selama 4 jam atau
• Lalukan bekas susu yang beku tadi di bawah air paip yang sejuk. Setelah ia mula cair, lalukan atau rendam dalam air suam pula untuk terus mencairkannya.
• Jangan cairkan pada suhu bilik. Suamkan susu tadi dengan merendamkannya di dalam mangkuk yang berisi air panas.
• Jangan mencairkan atau memanaskan susu di dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro, oven atau di atas api.

Panduan Memberi Susu Ibu:

• Goncang perlahan susu yang telah suam dan rasa kepanasannya dengan tangan anda sebelum menggunakannya.
• Pegang bayi semasa memberinya susu perahan.
• Jadikan penyusuan menyeronokkan; bercakap dan senyum dengan bayi.
• Sendawakan bayi selepas memberi susu perahan.
• Gunakan susu ini dalam masa 1 jam. Buang selebihnya.

Dream of being a Great one.

Syukur to The Almighty. Alhamdulillah. Till now, everything are in their own places, perfectly fit. Once again, I’m grateful… grateful to The Creator, yes. Because, Allah had created such a wonderful stories of mine that were collected from pieces of  life flavors; sweet & sour. And.. from there, I learnt a lot. This life overflowed with love & joy.. by great people around me. Again, I’m grateful  since You had written; for me to meet them. The greatest ones. Alhamdulillah.

Just tonight, I’m in a sorrow. Perhaps, this is the test before I can taste the sweetness at the end? But hey, I’m in need of motivation  and courage right here, right now. I want to be liked some great people. I want to do something that outrages. I want to make the family proud of me. I want to do something for the country. I want to have a better life with my future family. I want to set a good example for others. There are a lot of things that I want to do. Hence, I need to endure the  temporary consequences. And I need to be strong and have a faith on Him. The absolute thing.

p/s: Sorry, if you guys can’t reach me through facebook/twitter. Alhamdulillah, I’m still healthy and happy with life! ^^  It is just  I need some times to motivate this mind, to discipline the life.. and get back on track what I’d left behind. Tolong Ingatkan Aku

Saya macam; WHAT??? This is the winner of the grand AJL 25? Lagu macam ni pun boleh menang ke? pffffttttttttttt! and the scene of sarcasm continues between us, the friends and I. And we concluded that Ms. Ana Rafalli won because of M. Nasir (who was the head of juries) personally like her and only he knows how to judge and appreciate the song. Not the typical-non-arts-people like us. LoL! And the chats about her end as the eyes were sleepy. Oh, kitorang tak rugi rugi mana mana atau untung pun. Cuma sikit je la tak puas hati. Penat-penat tercanggak depan TV enjoy the performances and all… and the winner came out; Ms. Ana Rafalli.

Tapi, kesian juga. Adalah tersangat ramai orang yang tidak puas hati diatas kemenangan dia. Kesian!! During she sang back the song, most of the audiences in the stadium started going back and sungguh!! I betul betul kesian kat dia. Not even once for the rest of my life, I’ve seen in the previous AJLs people are not celebrating the winning. Siap kene boo, katanye. Oh, kesian!

Ok. that the responses that Ms. Ana Rafalli needs to overcome by herself. Yeah, she got to be strong if she want to stay in the current music industry, I guess.

But, I kept thinking why M. Nasir such a great and experienced composer/singer choose her as the winner? There must be something behind it. kan? Do you think so?? Hence, that is why I tried listening carefully to the lyric and try to understand it. And I was like yeahhh! She deserved it. She deserved the winning. The lyric was great and beautiful!! The words are dancing together during the singing. Very beautiful!! Now I understand why sifu M. Nasir choose her. Yes.. tolong ingatkan aku is a great song you know. Not because she’s new in the Industry you guys need to put the blame on her. She works hard to reach the level. Ok, lets forget the critics and all. With this, I proudly agree with sifu M. Nasir and hey, congrats to you Ms. Ana Rafalli. Will waiting for your next project/arts!! And honestly, I reaaaallllyyyyyyyy love the song!!

Okeh. Done watching the clip? What do you think regarding this issue? Siapa yang patut disalahkan? Karam Singh Walia? Lelaki-lelaki yang kononnya mahu menebus maruah bangsa? Atau observers di tempat kejadian? Firstly, cuba overlook pada waktu kejadiaan di mana Karam Singh Walia telah slipped his tongue dengan menghina bangsa melayu ketika berada di bawah keadaan separa sedar atau  lebih jelas; mabuk (Sungguhlah, arak itu memang membinasakan). Secondly, mari tumpukan perhatian pada saksi-saksi yang menyaksikan dan mendengar tutur kata Karam Singh Walia. Jika betul ketika itu KSW adalah di dalam keadaan mabuk, apa lelaki-lelaki melayu itu buat bersama-sama dengan orang mabuk? Okeh, forget it. Itu hal mereka. Tidak perlu masuk campur bukan.

Sekarang, lihat pula tempat kejadian di mana Karam Singh Walia dengan penuh penyesalan memohon maaf secara terbuka dan mengakui kesilapannya dan at the same time ada lelaki-lelaki yang kononnya penegak keadilan bertubi-tubi mengasak dan masih mengapi-apikan keadaan. Bullshit apakah itu.

Ya. Saya orang melayu. Bila bangsa melayu dihina dan dipijak-pijak, sungguh… saya marah! TAPI. Tidak perlu rasanya segala kekasaran tidak kiralah bahasa mahupun perilaku. Sungguh, saya agak kecewa dengan responses daripada lelaki-lelaki yang kononnya mahu menebus maruah bangsa itu. Kita ada budi bicara dan hemah. Tidak perlu rasanya menengking tempias sebegitu rupa. Buruk dan memalukan bangsa sendiri. Tak payah nak berlagak gangster dan letakkan undang-undang di tangan sendiri. Layaknya tragedi 13 Mei mungkin bakal menyusul. Ngeri dan tak perlu bukan?

Buat Karam Singh Walia, anda mungkin berada pada tahap tekanan yang melampau dan saya pasti penyesalan itu ada. Hopefully you can endure this situation, even though mungkin akan dikenakan tindakan oleh pihak TV3. Itulah bahana arak, still you need to be responsible on things you had done.

As a Malay, yes.. I’m hurt by your words Mr. Karam Singh Walia. But, I still know how to negotiate this situation.  You are under alcohol effect – you slipped your tongue towards Malays – Malays get angry -  you apologized  and admitted your mistake -  It’s hurt, but I know everybody made mistakes – I hope you learnt your lessons and I think you need to pay for what you have done by enduring the consequences. Consequences of facing the whole country since I’m sure everybody know him. Consequences from his own employer. As Malays, no need to use harsh actions that could lead to unnecessary event. Yes, an educated person won’t do anything that might cause any harm to the country. I love Malaysia damn much, and I appreciate the peacefulness.

Makeup

Eh, tak. Bukan nak cerita pasal saya makeup orang itu ini. Nak makeup diri sendiri pun belum tentu pass. Hik3 Actually, I have come to realize one important thing. Makeup stuffs.

Semalam lompat-lompat blog. Pergi sana sini. Baca itu dan ini. Luckily, I found something informative regarding makeup stuffs.  Selalunye, I would think that all makeup stuffs can last 3 years or more longer. But then, after reading from various sources, rupanya sangkaan I tu salah! For every type of makeup stuff like mascara, lipstick, blusher, etc., they got their own expiry date. Hurm, no wonder lah every time after applying makeup on my face, sometime I felt like there are rashes and itchy. Sebab most of barang barang makeup yang I have dah almost 2 years plus dah guna. Adeh, tsk!

Disebabkan itulah, dengan semangat yang berkobar kobar saya terjah Seberang Perai City. Even though pergi sorang sorang dan tak ada siapa teman, dengan gigihnya saya survey di semua makeup outlet kat situ. But, during surveying this and that, I’m entering Elianto outlet, one of my favorite brand. As usual, I’m asking the promoter this and that, regarding their makeup stuffs, discounts and all. But, you know what… seriously, I hate her attitude.  When I’m asking her, she was not concentrate on answering my questions at all and  at the same time, playing around with her colleague.  Ok, sangat geram. Patutnya, she should entertains all the question and suggesting products that suit me well. But, you know.. dia sangat busy bermain main dengan her colleague. Hey, I’m the customer here. Both of you guys should know the etiquette and learn how to deal with customers, ohkay! Seriously, sangat sangat menyampah. But, after all.. walaupun sangat menyampah dengan that salesgirl, I still bought some stuffs from there;  a lipstick and eyeliner. Of course lah, sebab ada sales kot! hehehe Kalau tak, jangan harap I nak beli dengan attitude salesgirl tu. For lipstick, I love the color and hey, the eyeliner seems easy to apply. Since previously, I found it’s quite difficult to use liquid eyeliner. Even though I have one, tapi bile applying on the eyes.. akan selalulah jadi macam tak best! sekejup sebelah tebal, sekejup senget senget. wahaha!

Then, I went to Watson. Sebab I ada Watson card, of courselah at here I bought quite a lot. Hehehe Dalam banyak banyak tu, saya paling suka dengan makeup remover from In2It. When you are applying it on your skin, the makeup was easily removed and your face didn’t feels any stickiness dan rasa soft. Best dan suka sangat!!^^ I heard that the blusher and eyeshadow from this brand (In2It) are also very nice and affordable! Yes, it is. I love the blusher color, sheer shimmer blush plum pearl. It gives a natural glow on your face and the color is really nice and not too bright. For eyeshadow, I bought one with 3 combination of colors; peach, orange-brown, and purple-plum. Since these three combination are easily match with all functions and dresses. Hehehe~ Saya bukanlah jenis yang selalu sangat pakai makeup. Thus, bila dah tau the lifetime of the cosmestic products can last around 1 and half year je.. so xdelah beria sangat nak beli untuk buat collection. Membazir je kan..~ (eceyhhh, dah pandai cakap pasal membazir! wahaha )

Lagiiiii… saya juga ada beli mascara! This one I bought from Maybelline. Since dulu dulu lagi I memang suka mascara from Maybelline. It can last longer on your lashes ans easily removed. Because last time I had bad experience using silky girl punye mascara. Bile you applied on your lashes, it will also stick on your eyes and sangatlah nampak comot! Kang tak sampai one hour pon, dah mata nampak cam vampire lak. Eeeeuw.. seram! And.. one last thing I bought was lip gloss from Za. I rase, memanglah lip gloss I tersangatlah banyak. Sebab dulu saya memang suka buat collection. Tapi, most of them dah lebih 2 years dah pon., Huuuuu~ So, I bought a new one. Za nye lip gloss nih quite okay jugaklah. Because I want the type yang not really bling bling. Cam rimas lak bila ada pearl-like/ bling bling bagai kat lip gloss tu kan. Fuhhhh~ kering jugak lah my purse semalam. Hihihi

Dalam banyak banyak tu, I paling suka makeup remover from In2It. Terbaiklah! Sukeeee~ hihi So, dah penat penat shopping, it is time to go back lah kan~ Before heading back to Nibong Tebal, I dropped by at Kapitan restaurant for a while. Around 10.30 p.m, jumpe the dearest one yang baru balik keje sambil sambil makan cheese nan + tandoori chicken! Walla~ (oh, kata tak mahu makan malam dan mahu diet bagai. Apa dah jadi niiiii? keh3 ) Lepak lepak, sedar tak sedar dah pukul 12! Alamakkkkk.. it’s late already and the journey to Nibong Tebal adalah dalam 1 hour jugak. While feeling sleepy I’m heading back to Nibong Tebal dan sesampai je di rumah, terus tidur lena sambil mimpi bahagia! Heeee~

Powder dan blush
Cream to powder: 1 year
Powder: sehingga 2 years
blush: sehingga 2 years
cream blush: 1 year

Eye make-up atau eye shadow
Cream eye shadows: 1 year
Powder eye shadows: up until 2 years
Eye liner (pencil): 1 year
Eye liner (liquid): 3-6 months
Mascara: 1-3 months

lipstik or lip gloss
Lip liner: 1 year
Lipstick: up until 2 years
Lip gloss: 1 1/2 years

By the way, no need to follow exactly as written. As long as your stuffs are still in good conditions and bila pakai didn’t felt any rashes and all, I think you still can use it. Just for mascara, you need to be careful a bit. Paling-paling guna adalah dalam 4 months! OMG..mine already 2 years! wahahah~ Nasib baik all my lashes are still okay and tak gugur! Ohkay, after this I think I need to be more careful on this matter. Chill~~!!! ^^
